The flat is cleverly designed so that everything you need for a relaxing holiday can be found in a small space: the practical kitchenette with dining table, a sleeping area with a high-quality box-spring bed, a cosy, bright living area and of course the highlight of the studio: the balcony with a view over the trees to the Baltic Sea. High-quality leather furniture in the dining area and a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) complete the furnishings.
